The client gets real-time visibility into the status of every video. Script, shot, edit, approval loop, scheduled publish, final URL. No Excel, no Slack threads, no chasing things down.

03 / What we do month after month
Four production layers that make up the full personal-brand pipeline. From raw script to published video across three platforms.
Scripts
Václav writes a raw script in Google Docs. Filip rewrites it into A-ROLL/B-ROLL format, adds the MVO ident, a hook in the first five seconds, and a structured CTA at the end. Václav approves and tweaks. The script is always locked in the document before shooting.
Studio + shoot
Two shoot days a month at the Vertical Visuals studio, half-day blocks based on client availability. One day yields three to four episodes plus a batch of shorts. Multi-camera setup, broadcast mics, a unified look across the season.
Post-production
The editor (Martin) cuts long-form and shorts in parallel. Motion graphics and graphic layers in the client brand kit. Thumbnails are outsourced to Godly Visuals (specialists in high-CTR YouTube thumbnails). Review runs through Frame.io in two to three rounds.
Publishing & social
Long-form publishes on YouTube on Monday and Wednesday. On Wednesday a trailer Short goes out at the same time. In between, running shorts go to YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. We schedule via the client portal, which the client sees in real time.
