## Per-video benchmarks (retainer context)

Retainer pricing is a **package deal**, not the sum of per-video rates. The package premium covers script review, communication, project management, and ongoing relationship.

## Retainer pricing (real examples)

### MyValueOfficer (founder personal brand)
- Setup month: **59,990 CZK** (exploration, establishing processes)
- Ongoing: **49,990 CZK/month**
- Scope: 4× YouTube (6-8 min) + 4× standalone + 4× short repurposed = 12 videos/month
- Production: 2 shoot days/month with David, ~3h each
- Filip's role: script review, captions, all client comms

### Telman (regional retainer, from 2026-05-01)
- Ongoing: **25,000 CZK/month** (3-month minimum commitment)
- Billing entity: Cayamant Corp s.r.o.

## Performance ad pricing

Reference: MyValueOfficer Meta Ads project — 38,000 CZK for 20 videos (April 2026).

Variations under 1,000 CZK leave too thin a margin once captions are factored in (captions add ~250 CZK cost per video — easy to forget in quotes).

We publish internal benchmarks because most agencies hide them.

## What's included in retainer pricing beyond per-video

- Script review and revision

- Two revision rounds for long-form, one for shorts

## What's not included (priced separately)

- Travel costs beyond Prague metro area (e.g., Rozvadov for King's Resort)
- Voiceover or commentator fees (e.g., German narrator for Nova Sport DE mutations)
- Third-party thumbnail design (we coordinate, you pay)
- Footage licensing or stock media
- Studio rental beyond our own studio space
- VAT (21% added to all invoices for Czech billing)

## How quotes work

1. **Discovery call** (30 min, free) — scope, audience, format fit, budget orientation
2. **Quote within 48 hours** — fixed-scope retainer or project price
3. **3-month minimum** for retainers; ad campaigns and brand campaigns can be one-off
